Velvet Long Sleeve Maroon Dress

This dress can be used for any ballet or theatre production. The maroon velvet top has short sleeves with white lace trim, a high neck with white lace and a bow at the waist. The attached skirt has two layers of black tulle, a black and white striped over skirt with a second scalloped velvet over skirt. In a childs medium, this costume is in  perfect condition.
