Tuxedo Tutu

Black tie event? This tuxedo inspired tutu will stand out on stage. On a bodysuit base the black sequin top is high neck with a collar and white bow at the waist. The attached skirt is three layers of tulle with black satin trim. Comes in a small child and is in perfect condition.
