Red and Black Tuxedo DRess

Be a smooth criminal in this 1920s inspired costume. On a bodysuit base, the red spaghetti strap bodice has a suit-like collar with black buttons down the front. The attached short skirt has two layers of black and red tulle with a red lycra over skirt. Includes wrist cuffs and a black hat. It comes in a large child and is in perfect condition,
