La Fille Romantic Tutu

This tutu is perfect for any first act ballet. On a bodysuit base, the white peasant short sleeve top has an empire waist with red ribbon and dots and a lace neckline and arm trim. The attached four layers of pink and white tulle has three rows of ribbon at the hem.  As a large child this costume is in perfect condition.
