Green and Black 80s Tutu Dress

You could be a lucky star in this 80's inspired costume. A black short sleeve top with collar, a funky zipper on the front,  and a high back with zipper has a fun sequin pattern in greens and silver. The attached short skirt has two layers of florescent green tulle with a top layer of black sequins and green shiny trim.
