On a bodysuit base, the boat neck , short sleeve sparkle top has black velvet trim and waist band with a blue satin bow. The attached short skirt has two layers of blue tulle and a top skirt of blue satin with black and white polka dot trim. As an intermediate child, this costume is in perfect condition. Includes satin bow hair piece.
