Teal and White Polka Dot Tutu

On a bodysuit base, the thin black strap top that crosses in the back, has a white sequins bodice and a teal green ruffle on the pinched front neckline. The attached three layer tutu has two white tulle layers with silver sequin trim and a top overlay of teal with white polka dots.
