Black and White Short Dress with Red Sash

This funky dress has black and white striped lycra bodysuit with a sweetheart neckline and short poof sleeves. The attached short lycra  skirt has a V front and back and has a red sash that can tie into a bow. In a small adult , this costume is in perfect condition.
