Baby Blue and Pink Velvet Tutu

This adorable costume is perfect for any up and coming ballerinas. On a bodysuit base the light blue velvet top has a white panel down the front and white power mesh short sleeves with sequin trim. The attached three layer blue tutu, has a top layer with pink ribbon trim. In a child small this costume only needs the straps to be attached at the back.
