White Velvet Sparkle Tutu

Let it go in this Olaf inspired tutu. On a bodysuit base, the cap sleeve crushed velvet white top has silver shiny trim and black buttons down the front. The attached four layer tulle skirt has a top sparkly layer with black satin ribbon trim. In an extra small child size, this costume is in perfect condition.
