Short Aqua Dress

In the brightest Aqua blue, this dress is short and fun, with mesh patterning on the top and sleeves. This pattern continues onto the back of the dress all the way to the skirt. The big cut out is fastened with a clasp behind the neck, and there is a built in leotard,  all in good condition.
