Blue Satin and White Sparkle Jazz Dress

On a bodysuit base, the boat neck , short sleeve sparkle top has black velvet trim and waist band with a blue satin bow. The attached short skirt has two layers of blue tulle and a top skirt of blue satin with black and white polka dot trim. As a medium child, this costume is in perfect condition.
