Black and Red Pinstripe Dress

On a bodysuit base this long sleeve, high neck short dress is black with white pinstripes and has a white collar, a red tie , white buttons down the front and a zippered back. The attached circle skirt has cutout red sparkle panels with a matching belt that adorns a diamond belt buckle. In a large child, this costume is in perfect condition.
