Baby Blue Diner Costume

Inspired by a 1950s diner, this baby blue shiny dress is on a bodysuit base, with a collared neck of black and white polka dots that match the trim of the short sleeves and apron. The attached short skirt has two layers of tulle with a top layer of blue satin with red trim. Includes a red sparkly hat, this costume comes in an extra large child size and is in perfect condition.
